How to process a Single Touch Payroll Pay Run using e-Time.

⭐️ Before completing STEP 1, please ensure you have referred to How do I set up e-Time (Timesheets)? and if required, exported the timesheet data from your provider (BrightHR, ACTAtek, ClickClock or others).

The e-Time Pay Run Steps Navigation Menu allows you to progress through each step of the e-Time Pay Run Procedure, and is enabled once an appropriate option has been chosen in the Actions Drop Down.

STEP 1 - Start a new Single Touch Payroll e-Time Pay Run.

STEP 2 - Choose the Payees included in the Single Touch Payroll e-Time Pay Run.

STEP 3 - Compose the Payees' Timesheet Details.

STEP 4 - Review the Single Touch Payroll e-Time Pay Run Reports.

STEP 5 - Approve the Single Touch Payroll e-Time Pay Run.

STEP 6 - Continue processing your Single Touch Payroll e-Time Pay Run in Pay Day.

STEP 7 - Choose the Payees included in the Single Touch Payroll Pay Run but were excluded from the e-Time Pay Run.

STEP 8 - Compose the Payees' Pay Details

STEP 9 - Review the Single Touch Payroll Pay Run Reports.

STEP 10 - Create the Banking (.ABA) File for your Single Touch Payroll Pay Run.

STEP 11 - Review the Single Touch Payroll Pay Run Pay Advice Slips.

STEP 12 - Post the Pay Run and send your STP Lodgement.
