How to import and export payroll data using e-Port™.

e-PayDay Go® provides comprehensive import and export functionalities designed to streamline payroll data management. These features cater to a wide array of use cases, including;

•  seamless integration with existing Accounting, HR or Time and Attendance systems,

•  facilitating data sharing with external partners or regulatory bodies,

•  enabling efficient data backup, storage and archiving,

•  and simplifying the transition from legacy payroll systems to the e-PayDay Go® platform. 

e-PayDay Go® ensures compatibility with various software applications and business requirements by supporting standard file formats and data structures such as .csv or .txt files.

What is a CSV or TXT file?

A CSV file ends with .csv after the file name. The .csv file extension stands for "comma-separated value”,  which is a universally accepted standard file format.

A TXT file ends with .txt after the file name. Both file formats contain text but may be slightly different in their structure.

How do I get started with importing or exporting my payroll data?

e-Port™ consists of two sections: Import and Export.

Import

Import is the first section within e-Port™ (Import/Export), allowing you to import your Payee information from our products (e-PayDay Go® and e-PayDay Legacy) or other payroll solutions such as MYOB, XERO, Payroller, Reckon or Lightning Payroll.

Export

Export is the second section within e-Port™ (Import/Export), which allows you to export your Awards/Agreements, Superannuation Funds and Payee information.
