How to view the Payee Balances (Fringe Benefits Tax ATO STP2 Summary Report.

The Payee Balances (Fringe Benefits Tax ATO STP2 Summary) Report has been designed to detail Year To Date and Opening/Adjustment Balances stored for each Payee within the Payee Master File that have been reported to the ATO. This report allows you to review whether the taxation balances and reports below are correct before completing your EOFY.

Select Reports from the Side Navigation Menu.

Select the Payee Balances (Fringe Benefits Tax ATO STP2 Summary) Report from the Reports List dropdown.

If required, select Report Options to choose the relevant options, filtering the results displayed in the Report.

Employment - change the Pay Period and Employment Basis to determine which Payees are included in the report.
Payees - choose which Payees are included in the report.
Pay Location / Department - Change the Pay Locations / Departments included in the report.
Report Period - Change the date range from Current Financial Year to Prior Financial Year.
Sort Criteria - Choose how the information in the report should be sorted.
