This section enables you to add, edit, view and delete users who have been added to access your Tenant.
Create new user allows you to add an e-PayDay Go User for your Tenant. To add a ClockMeIn (EPSS) user, please refer to Enrol a Payee for ClockMeIn (EPSS).
Search enables you to enter information to filter the results shown in the Users List.
Show Advanced Filters enables you to filter the results shown in the Users list by selecting certain permissions, a specific role or locked users only.
The e-PayDay Go Users List displays the User name, First Name, Surname, Roles, and Email Address for each previously added user. It also defines the date the account was created and whether it is active or the user's email address has been confirmed. Actions allow you to,
View, which opens the User Profile; however, changes cannot be made.
Edit, which opens the User Profile, allowing changes to be made as required.
Unlock, which resets the account after too many invalid username and/or password attempts.
Delete, which removes the user.
Transfer Account Ownership, which is available to the Super Administrator only.
Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many Users you would like displayed per page.
Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of Users.
The User Profile Window is displayed when creating, editing or viewing a user, and contains two sections, User Information and Role.
User Information details the contact details of the user.
First Name displays the user's First Name.
Surname displays the user's Surname.
Email Address displays the user's email address.
Phone Number displays the user's Phone Number in case they need to be contacted.
Username displays the user's Username.
Set Random Password allows you to select if the user requires a random password to be generated.
Should change password at next login allows you to select if the user needs to change their password the next time they log in. This option is disabled when Set Random Password is selected.
Send Verification e-Mail is disabled when a new user is added. All users must verify their accounts before they can log in to e-PayDay Go.
Active is disabled when a new user is being added. This option allows you to select if the User is no longer Active.
Two-factor authentication enabled is disabled for all users as this is a mandatory government requirement.
Lockout enabled enables the user profile to be locked after five incorrect username/password login attempts.
Role defines the Permissions for the user.
Role requires you to choose the role applicable to the e-PayDay Go (Tenant) user based on the options available within Roles and Permissions.
The messages below are displayed when specific actions are performed within e-PayDay Go.
The Transfer Account Ownership Warning Message is displayed when the Super Administrator Account selects Actions > Transfer Account Ownership. To continue, select the role which will apply to the previous account owner.
The Delete User Warning Message is displayed when Actions > Delete is selected within the e-PayDaay Go User List within Users. If Acknowledge is selected, the user is deleted.
The User Profile Changed Warning Message is displayed when a user's username and/or email address have been changed. If Acknowledge is selected, the user is notified by e-mail.
