choose the relevant Pay Rate within Back Payments when composing the Payees Pay.
Change either the Quantity and/or Rate as required.
If the Rate is incorrect and the Pay Type you have selected is set to a;
Percentage amount (e.g. 100.00%), refer to the Payee Master File as

The Rate set in the Advanced Pay Template may require updating.

Press the TAB key on your keyboard or select the + button to add the payment.
When the Back Payments Alert (Modal) is displayed, select
Less than 12 months overdue OR
Equal to or more than 12 months overdue.
Select Current Financial Year OR Previous Financial Year.
If the Payee has not been included in any pay runs within the same Fiancial Year, enter the Normal Weekly Earnings amount and the Number of Periods.
Otherwise. select the Pay Periods the underpayment relates to for the correct calculation of PAYGW.
Then, select Save changes.
There are no other options required. Select Save changes.
If the underpayment is less than $1,200.00, there are no other options required
Otherwise, enter the amount into the relevant Financial Year Field (e.g., if the underpayment occurred on 15th August 2020, the amount would be entered into 2021).
Then, select Save changes.
