How do I resend the Verification Email to an e-PayDay Go® (Tenant) User?

Resend the Verification Email to an e-PayDay Go (Tenant) User.

Select Administration from the side navigation menu then select Users.

Locate the user you require by either manually scrolling through the Users List OR entering the User name into Search.

Once the user has been located, select Actions > Edit.

Select Set Random Password and Send Verification e-Mail.

Make any other changes as required, then select Save.
