ClockMeIn (EPSS) Users
This section allows you to view the users who has been enrolled for ClockMeIn (Employee Self Service).
Search enables you to enter information to filter the results shown in the Users List.
Show Advanced Filters enables you to filter the results shown in the Users list by selecting locked users only.
The ClockMeIn (EPSS) Users List displays each previously added user's Username, first name, surname, and email address. It also defines the date the account was created and whether it is active or the user's email address has been confirmed. Actions allow you to
View, which opens the User Profile; however, changes cannot be made.
Edit, which opens the User Profile, allowing changes to the username and/or password only.
Unlock, which resets the account after too many invalid username and/or password attempts.
Delete, which removes the ClockMeIn (EPSS) user.
Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many Users you would like displayed per page.
Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of Users.
User Profile Window
The User Profile Window is displayed when creating, editing or viewing a user, and contains two sections, User Information and Role.
User Information
User Information details the contact idetails of the user.
First Name displays the user's First Name.
Surname displays the user's Surname.
Email Address displays the user's email address.
Phone Number displays the user's Phone Number incase they need to be contacted.
Username displays the user's Username.
Set Random Password allows you to select if the user requires a random password to be generated.
Should change password at next login allows you to select if the user needs to change their password the next time they login. This option is disabled when Set Random Password is selected.
Send Verification e-Mail is disabled when a new user is added. All users must verify their accounts before they can log in to e-PayDay Go.
Active is disabled when a new user is being added. This option allows you to select if the User is no longer Active.
Two-factor authentication enabled is disabled for all users as this is a mandatory government requirement.
Information and Warning Messages
The messages below are displayed when specific actions are performed within e-PayDay Go.
Delete ClockMeIn (EPSS) User Warning Message
The Delete ClockMeIn (EPSS) User Alert (Modal) is displayed when Actions > Deete is selected within the ClockMeIn (EPSS) User List within Users. If Acknowledge is selected, the user is deleted.
User Profile (ClockMeIn) Changed Warning Message
The User Profile (ClockMeIn) Changed Alert (Modal) is displayed when a user's username and/or email address have been changed. If Acknowledge is selected, the user is notified by e-mail.
