Superannuation Funds Allocation Report

The Superannuation Funds Allocation Report is designed to detail which Superannuation Fund previously added in Superannuation Funds is assigned to which Payee. This report is available for selection within Reports from the Side Navigation Menu.

Report Opions

Report Options allows you to define the selection criteria, which contains multiple tabs;

Employment.
Payees.
Sort Criteria.

Employment

Employment enables you to use the Pay Period and Employment Basis assigned to each Payee to filter the results displayed in the Report. When the Report is generated within Reports (Step 4 of Pay Day), the Pay Period filter is disabled.

Pay Period;
- Weekly will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Payees.
- Fortnightly will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Payees.
- Monthly will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Payees.
- Monthly (User Defined) will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Payees.
- Quarterly will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Payees.
Employment Basis;
- Full Time will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Payees.
- Part Time will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Payees.
- Casual will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Payees.

Payees

Payees enable you to use the status of each Payee to filter the results displayed in the Report.

All Payees will include all ceased and active Payees based on the options selected within Employment.
All Active Payees will include all, and only, active Payees based on the options selected within Employment.
All Ceased Payees will include all, and only, ceased Payees based on the options selected within Employment.
Selected Payees allows you to choose which payees are required based on the options selected within Employment.

Sort Criteria

Sort Criteria allows you to select how to sort the data displayed in the Report.

Payee Code.
Family Name.
Payee STP ID.
