🎯 System Default Pay Types cannot be deactivated or deleted. However, they can be hidden from the Payee Master File and Process (Step 3 of Pay Day). User Modified Pay Rates must be deactivated to be deleted.
Select Pay Types from the Side Navigation Menu.
Select User Modified.
​​​​​Select Show Advanced Filters, then select Inactive and deselect Active.
Once the Pay Rate has been located, select Actions > Delete.
When the Delete Pay Type Warning Message is displayed, select Yes to continue. Otherwise, select Cancel.
