Select Organisation from the Side Navigation Menu.
Navigate to Pay Run Settings.
Change e-Time (Timesheets) Options as required.
Use Times from ClockMeIn (EPSS) by default.
Import Times from enables you to choose from Generic Text File, CickClock, Blip (BrightHR) or ACTATek.
Payee Identifier in the Times File allows you to select which Payee ID is used within the Times File.
Timesheet begins with the allows you to choose between Period Start and Period End. Exclude Weekends allows you to exclude Saturday and Sunday from the Timesheet (Step 3 of e-Time).
Use the Pay Type defined in Pay Template in addition to the Pay Types included in e-Time (Timesheets).
Pay Rates allows you to select whether to use the Pay Rates assigned in the Payee's Pay Template and the Pay Rates within the Timesheet when Process (Step 3 of the Pay Run) is accessed.
Allowances allows you to select whether to use the Allowances assigned in the Payee's Pay Template and the Allowances within the Timesheet when Process (Step 3 of the Pay Run) is accessed.
Deductions allows you to select whether to use the Deductions assigned in the Payee's Pay Template when Process (Step 3 of the Pay Run) is accessed.
Use in addition to the Pay Types included in e-Time (Timesheets)
All Purpose Allowance allows you to select whether to use the Allowances assigned in the Payee's All Purpose Allowance Template and the Allowances within the Timesheet when Process (Step 3 of the Pay Run) is accessed.
Deduction Banking and Repayments allows you to select whether to use the Allowances assigned in the Payee's Deduction Banking and Repayments Template when Process (Step 3 of the Pay Run) is accessed.
Format allows you to select from the options we have included.
Field Name Header lets you choose if your Import File contains a header record.
Qualify allows you to choose if the data within the file contains a Qualifier at the beginning and end of a data segment. (e.g., "John-Jacob").
Qualifier allows you to choose the character that indicates this is a data segment.
Delimiter lets you choose the character to separate the data within each file line.
Date Format allows you to choose how the date is displayed within the file.
Time Format allows you to choose how the time is displayed within the file.
Depending on the format selected, enter the relevant column numbers (in a comma-separated list) that represent the position of the data in your import file.

Use Best Fit is avaliable when ACTATek is chosen.
Select Save to save your changes.
