You MUST refer to How do I check the status of a Super Contribution Period? before completing the below.
Select Superannuation then View Super Contributions from the Side Navigation Menu.
Locate the Super Contribution Period you require by manually scrolling through the List, entering the relevant details into Search or choosing the Status within Advanced Filters.
Once you have located the Super Contribution Period, select Actions then Correct.
Select Acknowledge within the Correction Required Warning Message if you have referred to How do I check the status of a Super Contribution Period? and completed all required steps per your scenario before proceeding.
Otherwise, select Cancel and refer to How do I check the status of a Super Contribution Period?
Deselect the Payees you MUST be excluded from the new (corrected) Superannuation Lodgement.
Next, choose Select All or individually select the Superannuation Funds that need to be included in the Superannuation File.
Verify the Totals displayed against the physical reports.
If unposted pay runs exist within the selected period, the Unposted Pay Runs Alert Text will be displayed.
Select Lodge Superannuation Contribution to report the Superannuation Contributions for the chosen period to SuperChoice for processing.
If the period end date for which the file is being created is in the future, the Selected Period has not ended Warning Message is displayed.
Select Acknowledge to continue creating the Superannuation File, or select Cancel and wait until the period end date is past.
If the same period has been previously reported, the Selected Period Previously Lodged Warning Message is displayed. Select Acknowledge to continue, otherwise select Cancel.
The Processing Superannuation Contribution Lodgement Information Message is then displayed.
If the Lodgement is unsuccessful, the Issue Processing Superannuation Contribution Lodgement Error Message is displayed.

If the Lodgement is successful, the Superannuation Contribution Lodgement Accepted Success Message is displayed.
If you have chosen to pay the superannuation contributions by Direct Credit, the Payment Required Warning Message is displayed.
