View STP Lodgements

View STP Lodgements enables you to view the Single Touch Payroll Lodgments that have been processed.

Search enables you to enter information to filter the results shown in the STP Lodgements List.

Show Advanced Filters enables you to limit the results shown in the STP Lodgements List based on the options selected.

The STP Lodgements List displays the Status, Last Action Date, Lodgement ID, Action Type, Pay Period, Pay Run Type, Pay Period ID, Fiscal Week ID, Period Start Date, Period End Date, Pay Day Date, Number of Payees and Name of Declarer for each STP Lodgement. We've included the ability to change the sort order by selecting the relevant arrow in the Table Headings.

The Actions Button enables you to View the Submit or Update STP Lodgement.

Status will display one of six icons;

Unsent - The Lodgement has not been sent to the ATO.

Validation Error - The Lodgement has failed the pre-submission validation and has not been sent to the ATO.

Sent - The Lodgement has been successfully sent to the ATO.

Success - The ATO has received and processed the Lodgement.

Warning - The ATO has received the Lodgement, however, there are one or more issues.

Failure - The ATO has rejected the Lodgement.

Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many STP Lodgements you would like displayed per page.

Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of STP Lodgements.
