How do I cancel my e-PayDay Go® FREEPAY Subscription?

How to cancel your e-PayDay Go® FREEPAY Subscription.

Employers have to keep time and wages records for 7 years.

Stay compliant with the Fair Work Act 2009 record-keeping obligations with an Archive plan when you're not using your regular plan.

Select Administration from the side navigation menu then Subscription.

Select Cancel.

If the Cannot Cancel Subscription Error Message is displayed, and the balances

have been migrated to your new Payroll solution, refer to How do I lodge a Zero STP YTD Balances Update?
have not been migrated to your new Payroll solution, refer to How do I process my Single Touch Payroll End of Financial Year?

When the Cancel Subscription (FREEPAY Plan) Warning Message is displayed, select Yes to cancel your Subscription.

If you wish to continue cancelling your Subscription, select Delete my data when the Data Deletion (FREEPAY Plan) Warning Message is displayed. Otherwise, select Cancel.

If Delete my Data is selected, the Subscription Information Page will be updated.
