Agreement File

The Award File contains two sections: Agreement Details and Leave Entitlements.

Agreement Details

Active allows you to select whether this Agreement is inactive. If it is assigned to an Active Payee, the checkbox is disabled.

When E.A. Button is selected, the Fair Work Commission Enterprise Agreement Lookup opens.

Underpinning Award requires you to select the Award from which the base requirements were obtained when creating the Agreement.

Once an option has been selected, the link icon is displayed next to the Underpinning Award and opens the URL for the specific Award you have selected.

e.g., Clerks—Private Sector Award 2020 {MA000002}.

Agreement Name requires you to enter the name as required manually.

Classification requires you to manually either select or enter the classification, as required.

OTE Hours Per Week is automatically populated with 38.00 and allows you to change, as required.

Days Per Week is automatically populated with 5.00 and allows you to change, as required.

Rate Per Hour is populated from the Fair Work API based on the Classification selected.

Annual Salary (Excluding SG) is dynamically calculated based on the OTE Hours Per Week multiplied by the Rate Per Hour. This field also allows you to manually enter the required Annual Salary to dynamically calculate the Rate per Hour.

Hours Per Day is dynamically calculated based on the OTE Hours Per Week divided by the Days Per Week.

Per Week (estimate) is dynamically calculated based on the OTE Hours Per Week multiplied by the Rate Per Hour.

State allows you to select the State to which the Award or Agreement is applicable. An Award may sometimes apply in multiple states, but the Rate per Hour differs.

Leave Entitlements.

The Leave Entitlements Accordion consists of the following sections;

Annual Leave

Payees are entitled to 0.00 Weeks Annual Leave Per Year of Employment defines the number of Weeks Annual Leave the Payee is entitled to for each year of Employment.

Which accrues determines how Annual Leave accrues;

Entitlement (in Hours) details the entitlement to Annual Leave;

Sick & Carer's Leave.

Payees are entitled to 0.00 Days Sick & Carer's Leave Per Year of employment defines the number of Days Sick & Carer's Leave the Payee is entitled to for each year of Employment.

Which accrues determines how Sick & Carer's Leave accrues;

Entitlement (in Hours) details the entitlement to Sick & Carer's Leave;

Long Service Leave 

Payees are entitled to 0.00 Weeks Long Service Leave after 0.0 Years of Service defines the years the Payee must work before they are entitled to the total number of Weeks Leave.

Which accrues determines how Long Service Leave accrues;

Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave (PFDVL) 

Payees are entitled to 0.00 Days Domestic Violence Leave Per Year of employment defines the number of days Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave (PFDVL) the Payee is entitled to for each year of Employment.

Which accrues determines how Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave (PFDVL) accrues. Based on the government's requirements, this field is hard-coded to on Anniversary of Commencement Date (Lump Sum) - When the Payee's Commencement Date is included in a pay run. Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave (PFDVL) will increase by the value outlined in Payees are entitled to 0.00 Days Domestic Violence Leave Per Year of employment.

Rostered Days Off (RDO)

Payees are entitled to 0.00 Rostered Days Off Per Year of employment details the number of Rostered Days Off the Payee is entitled to for each year of Employment.
