Payroll Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that includes a two-hour response time for customers on a paid plan. For those using the FREEPAY plan, we aim to provide a same-day response. Please note that these response times are typical, but there may be circumstances beyond our control that affect our ability to meet them.
