Select Superannuation from the side menu then Superannuation Funds.
Select Add a Fund.
Enter the Fund Name, ABN or USI in Search Funds by (ABN, Name or USI) then select Search to verify the information provided.
If the Fund Name was entered, choose the required fund from the list, then select Next.
If the Fund ABN was entered or you have chosen Next, choose the correct Superannuation Fund Product based on the USI required then choose Select.
If the Fund USI was entered, choose the Superannuation Fund Product then choose Select.
If the Superannuation Fund cannot be located, it may no longer be active or a Self Managed Super Fund. If you are sure the details provided are correct, manually enter the;
Australian Business Number (ABN).
Unique Superannuation Identifier (USI) or Electronic Service Address (ESA).
Fund Name.
Product Name.
Select Do not include in Superannuation File if required.
Select Save unless you need to change the Payment Method or enter a Superannuation Fund Generated Employer Identifier for this fund.
If you are adding a Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) and QuickSuper is selected in Superannuation File Details within the Organisation, enter the Superannuation Fund Generated Employer Identifier for this fund.
Change the Payment Method if required. This setting is unable to be changed when either None and QuickSuper iare selected in Superannuation File Details within the Organisation.
👉 If Direct Credit is selected, enter the Superannuation Fund's BSB, Account Number and Account Name, then select Save.
👉 If BPay is selected, enter the Superannuation Fund's BPay Biller Code and Customer Reference Number (CRN), then select Save.
Next, complete STEP 5 - Add Pay Rates, Allowances and/or Deductions (Pay Types).
