🎯 System Default Pay Rates cannot be edited. Therefore, if the Pay Type needs to be updated, please follow How do I add a Pay Rate? or How do I copy a Pay Rate?
Select Pay Types from the Side Navigation Menu.
Select User Modified.
Locate the Pay Rate you require by manually scrolling through the Pay Type List, entering the name into Search or using Show Advanced Filters.
Once the Pay Rate has been located, select Actions > Edit.
Within Pay Rate Details, the following fields can be changed,
Description.
$ (or % of Rate Per Hour).
Hide Quantity on the Pay Advice Slip and Summary Reports.
Hide Rate on the Pay Advice Slip.
An All Purpose Allowance is applicable.
Hours/Days Worked (Portable Long Service).
Within Taxation, the following fields can be changed,
Ordinary Pay/Wages (Portable Long Service).
Include in Wages Declaration (WorkCover).
Include in Payroll Tax (SRO).
Within Superannuation, the following fields can be changed,
OTE (Industrial Instrument).
Hours for Employer SG.
Within Leave Entitlements, the following fields can be changed,
Annual Leave.
Sick & Carer's Leave.
Long Service Leave.
Rostered Days Off.
Make any changes as required, then select Save to save your changes.
