What do I do if my e-PayDay Go Subscription Plan Payment is overdue?

Your e-PayDay Go Subscription Plan Payment is overdue

🎯 If your Subscription plan payment cannot be processed on the due date, access to e-PayDay Go is limited until your account is brought up to date by paying or cancelling. Subscription Information will be automatically displayed when you log in.

🎯 The ability to upgrade or downgrade your Subscription plan is unavailable if your account is overdue. However, you can cancel your subscription.

Select Pay, unless you need to cancel your subscription.

Enter the relevant Card Details, including the Expiry Date and CVC.


Then, select Pay to process the payment for your Subscription Plan.


Once the transaction has been successfully processed, select Go to Subscription to return to the Subscription Information Page.
