Downgrade my e-PayDay Go Subscription Plan

🎯 If you need to downgrade to FREEPAY after establishing a paid plan, please Request Support.

🎯 If your Subscription plan payment cannot be processed on the due date, access to e-PayDay Go is limited until your account is brought up to date by paying or cancelling. Subscription Information will be automatically displayed when you log in.

Select Administration from the side navigation menu then Subscription.

Select Change.

Choose Select for the Plan suitable to your requirements.

Select Continue.

Once the transaction has been successfully processed, select Go to Subscription to return to the Subscription Information Page.
