Change Plan Level from Advanced to Essential

🎯 If your Subscription plan payment cannot be processed on the due date, access to e-PayDay Go is limited until your account is brought up to date by paying or cancelling. Subscription Information will be automatically displayed when you log in.

Select Administration from the side navigation menu then Subscription.

Select Essential.

If you cannot downgrade your Subscription Plan Level, the Cannot Change Plan Level Error Message is displayed.

 If you can downgrade, the Changing Plan Level Information Message is displayed. Select Yes to continue.

Once the transaction has been successfully processed, Your Plan will be updated and advise when the Advanced Plan Add-On expires.
