How do I create and send a Mass Notification?

Create and send a Mass Notification

Select Notifications from the side navigation menu then Mass Notifications.

Select Search to locare the user/s who must recieve the notification (and Email if selected(.

Select the required users then select Save.

Choose the Severity, which is the the icon displayed for the e-PayDay Go Tenant notification.

Enter the message to be displayed within Notifications and emailed to the user (if chosen).

If you want to send this notification as an email to the users chosen, select Also send as an email (in addition to the In-App Notification).

Select Send Mass Notification.

When the Send Mass Notification Warning Message is displayed, select Acknowledge to send the In-App Notification (and Email if chosen).

If Also send as an email (in addition to the In-App Notification) was chosen, the user will recieve an email entitled Please review this important information from <Organisation (Legal Entity)>.
