How do I upgrade my e-PayDay Go Subscription Plan?

Upgrade my e-PayDay Go Subscription Plan

🎯 If your Subscription plan payment cannot be processed on the due date, access to e-PayDay Go is limited until your account is brought up to date by paying or cancelling. Subscription Information will be automatically displayed when you log in.

Select Administration from the side navigation menu then Subscription.

Select Change.

Choose Select for the Plan suitable to your requirements.

If payment is required, enter the relevant Card Details, including the Expiry Date and CVC.


Then, select Pay to process the payment for your Subscription Plan Upgrade.


If payment is not required as a credit exists which covers the amount due, select Continue.

Once the transaction has been successfully processed, select Go to Subscription to return to the Subscription Information Page.
