How to register with SuperChoice to enable STP and Super Lodgements.

To sign up for the Superannuation service, you must be

An owner of the business being registered; or
A managing director or other executive of the business being registered or
A person who has delegated authority from a person as described in 1a) and 1b) above to register the business and to provide the business-nominated financial institution account details.

You will need the following information for the business you are registering:

Australian Business Number (as issued by the Australian Business Register);
The business postal address;
Your full name and contact details, including mobile number;
Your nominated financial institution account (including, where applicable, Account Name, BSB and Account Number), which will be debited or to which any returns will be paid.

After successfully registering, you will be emailed a temporary password and a link to the Site. At that point, you can log in and commence using the service.

Access the SuperChoice Employer Portal for e-PayDay Go, which is automatically opened when you select Acknowledge witin the Register with SuperChoice Warning Message.

Choose Register Account.

Enter your ABN and Email.

Repeat the email address in Confirm email.

Select I'm not a robot.

Select Continue.

If an error is presented, Request Support.

Select Yes, I am authorised in response to I hereby declare that I am authorised to register on behalf of this employer.
IF YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED, DISCONTINUE THE REGISTRATION.

Select I agree in response to I hereby declare on behalf of the registering organisation that the details provided in this registration are true and correct.

Select Continue.

Within Business Details, complete or update the following fields,

Trading Business Name
Postal address line 1
Postal address line 2
Postal address Suburb
Postal address State
Select State or Territory
Postal address Post Code
Telephone

Within Employer contact (authorised person) details, complete or update the following fields,

Title
First name
Last name
Position
Telephone
Username

Select Continue.

Select the Payment Type for Superannuation Contributions.

If Direct Debit is chosen,

Enter the Account Name, BSB and Account Number where Superannuation Contribution payments will be deducted from.

Download and read the Direct Debit Authroity (DDA).

Once you have read and agreed to the Direct Debit Authroity (DDA), select I have read and agree to the e-PayDay DDA.

If you disagree with the terms per the DDA, change the Payment Type to Direct Credit.

If Direct Credit is chosen,

Enter the Account Name, BSB and Account Number where Superannuation Contribution payments will be refunded to in the case of incorrect details.

Select Continue.

Confirm the details displayed in Summary are correct.

Download and read the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

Once you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) select I have read and agree to the e-PayDay T&Cs.

If you disagree with the terms per the T&C's, DISCONTINUE THE REGISTRATION.

Download and read the Financial Services Guide (FSG).

Once you have read and agreed to the Financial Services Guide (FSG), select I have read and agree to the e-PayDay FSG PDS.

If you disagree with the terms per the FSG, DISCONTINUE THE REGISTRATION.

Select Submit Registration.

An email will be sent to your email address to access your account and establish a password.

Once you have activated your account, Request Support to advise us this step has been completed.
