Select Organisation from the Side Navigation Menu.
Select Superannuation File Details.
Change the File Format if required.
SAFF is the ATO's Generic File Format, which all Superannuation Funds and Clearing Houses must accept.
QuickSuper is a hybrid version of the ATO's Generic File Format, available for certain Superannuation Funds and Clearing Houses.
None is selected when you do not need to create a Superannuation File, as the information is manually entered into a Superannuation Fund or Clearing House.
Change the Date Format if required.
Change the Employer ID to match that provided to your Organisation by QuickSuper.
Chnage the First Name of Payer Contact if required.
Chnage the Family Name of Payer Contact if required.
Change the BSB if required.
Chnage the Account Number if required.
Chnage the Account Name if required.
Chnage the Name of Remitter if required.
Chnage the APCA ID if required.
Chnage the Transaction Code if required.
Chnage the Description if required.
Chnage the Self Balancing Transaction if required.
Chnage the Short File Name if required.
Select Save to save your changes.
