Select Administration from the side navigation menu then select Settings.
Select SMTP (Email) Settings.
Choose either Use our SMTP Server or Use your own SMTP Server.
Enter or select the following based on your requirements:
Your SMTP Server Name.
The Port ID for the SMTP Server.
This Server requires an Encrypted connection (SSL) and/or Log on using Default Credentials.
Username and Password.
The From Address and From Name to be displayed in the email.
Make any other changes as required, then select Save.
To send a Test Email and ensure your SMTP Server Details are correct, please enter an email address then select Send Test Email.
